Primus have been involved in several consultancy projects including
procurement projects which involves preparing Request for Proposals
(RFPs), evaluating proposal and awarding projects. In addition,
Primus currently has long-term consultants in several programs such
as the Sustainable Achievement of Business Expansion and Quality (SABEQ)
and the Customs Administration Modernization Program (CAMP). Primus’
consultants are IT, R&D, promotion and innovation specialists as
well as project managers. Primus also worked on the Jordanian
e-government portal project, where Primus was contracted by the
Ministry of Information and Communication Technology, to develop the
Government to Government (G2G) section of the e-government portal.
Tasks related to this project included consultancy, research and
business analysis, development and training. Primus' team worked on
analyzing the gathered information, categorizing these services,
providing recommendations and hence forming the structure that the
portal should be based upon. Development came at a later stage and
the end project came to be a highly informative user-friendly portal
that serves Jordan!
Moreover, Primus worked on a consultancy project with the ERfKE
Support Project (ESP) in Jordan, which is administered Academy for

Jordan. This center's main objective will be refurbishing –
recycling PCs from the Ministry of Education and from local and
international donors and reuse them for the benefit of Jordanian
students. The study, funded by USAID, covered the potential of
computer recycling in Jordan taking into consideration technological
and economic feasibility, institutional and organizational
arrangements, the conduciveness of the policy environment, and
environmental considerations. It concluded with several
recommendations to implement this center in Jordan.
Further consultancy projects were performed for the Jordan Insurance
Federation, Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA) through
the Food Import Management Information System (FIMIS) project, the
Comprehensive Integrated Tariff System (CITS) project for the
Jordanian Customs Department, the Iraqi Customs Levy System (ICLS)
